Website Content Updates and Maintenance Subscription Add-on
Any website Content Update Requests that fall outside of our Scope of Support (which can be found here: https://glowfroghosting.com/scope-of-support/), will require the Website Content Updates and Maintenance Subscription Add-on.
The Website Content Updates and Maintenance Subscription Add-on can be purchased for $199 per month. It can be used to pre-pay one month and cancel at the end of a billing cycle or as a re-occurring add-on for consistent and re-occurring monthly website content updates that fall outside of our scope of support.
Refunds are not available for this type of add-on but the add-on can be cancelled and prevented from re-occurring on the next billing cycle.
What all is included?
Additional Pages
The Website Content Updates and Maintenance Subscription Add-on includes the addition of up to 5 pages per month.
If you have an active subscription to the Website Content Updates and Maintenance, beyond the 5 included pages, additional pages can be purchased for: $20 per page.
Additional Pages: Text, Paragraphs and Images
Up to 5 paragraphs of text and 5 images are included in the Additional Pages. Paragraphs are considered blocks of text which are 100 – 200 words long. All text and images must be provided by you.
Additional Text & Image Sections for Existing Pages
Up to 3 Additional Text paragraphs and Images sections is included for existing pages per week. Beyond that, additional text paragraphs (blocks of text up to 100 – 200 words long) can be purchased for $10 per paragraph and $10 per additional image with the active Website Content Updates and Maintenance add-on subscription.
Additional Free Plugins Installation and Configuration
Our team can assist with the installation and configuration of up to 3 additional free plugins per month as part of an active Website Content Updates & Maintenance add-on subscription. Beyond that, additional plugins can assessed for a one time $50 configuration fee, plus the price of the plugin for plugins which incur one-time costs.
Additional Premium Plugins Installation and Configuration
For plugins which require a premium subscription, our team can assist in the one time installation, configuration and management of up to 1 Premium Plugin for you for the price of the plugin + a one time $50 configuration fee.
Premium Plugin Management subscription Add-On
Beyond that, additional Premium Plugins can be installed, configured and managed by our team with the purchase and activation of the Premium Plugin management subscription for $50 per month.
The $50 Plugin Management add-on monthly subscription is both applicable for plugins with annual costs and plugins with monthly costs. The price of the plugin will be billed to you along with the monthly plugin management fee for each additional plugin. The monthly plugin management subscription is non-refundable but can be cancelled and prevented from re-occurring on the next billing cycle.
Cancelling the Premium Plugin Management subscription Add-On
Please note that the original $50 plugin configuration fee is non-refundable. Upon cancellation of the Premium Plugin Management Subscription, you may be required to purchase your own account through the plugin vendor in order to continue the licensing for the plugin if you wish to manage the plugin on your own once our team has configured the plugin for you if you intend to cancel the Premium Plugin Management subscription. In most cases the original configuration can still be maintained.
Beyond General Website Content Updates & Maintenance, Other items can be purchased with an active Subscription of the Website Content Updates Subscription Add-on.

Monthly subscription add-ons are non-refundable. Monthly subscription add-ons can be cancelled at any point in time and prevented form re-occurring on the next billing cycle.
