Downgrading from Managed Hosting pricing adjustments occur on the next billing cycle. If you downgrade within the first 30 days to a basic hosting plan but have never taken advantage of the Premium Support options, we can credit you the difference. If you upgraded to Managed Hosting from Basic Hosting to take advantage of the Premium Support Features and wish to downgrade back to Basic Hosting within the first 30 days, you must agree to be credited the difference minus the One Time Premium Support Service fee before your account can be downgraded. This is to prevent abuse of our Managed Hosting packages and features.
How Soon Can I take advantage of Managed Hosting Benefits after an Upgrade?
You will have instant access to the Benefits of Managed Hosting as soon as you upgrade.
If I get Managed Hosting, am I protected from Hacking, Malware Infections etc?

Can I host multiple domain names with my Managed Hosting account?
Yes. On a Managed Hosting package you can host up to the domains that are included with the package and all domains on a Managed Hosting plan are covered by Managed Hosting Support.
If I get Managed Hosting but never use the Premium Support can I get a refund?
Yes. We can downgrade your account to a comparable Basic Hosting Plan and credit you the difference, however, this will remove the Passive & Active Security and Performance benefits of Managed Hosting and future Support requests will be Limited to our Basic Scope of Support.
